Hi everyone,
I'm planning on doing a large floral design as I've done the egret and
geisha. But, I have a question. Because the floral paintings I want to use
are more round or square in shape (not long and tall like the other large
sets), they will require more hoopings. The one I would really like to do
has three large roses, two carnations and lots of leaves. It's finished
size would be 12.3x16 inches. But to do this would require 8 hoopings.
I've had great reports on how easy my new method is to line up designs, but
how many of you would be willing to do 8 hoopings for a design like this? I
would probably also do a complementary set with the individual flowers and
leaves so you could use them with the large design, or instead of the large
design.
I have another painting that would also make a great design. The finished
size would be 12.2 x 13 inches but would only take 5 hoopings. It is a
combination of roses and daisies. Would this be more appealing because it
has fewer hoopings?
As always I appreciate your help!
