Dear Abhinav   You must submit the project proposal first containing following topics:   1.  Title of the project. 2.  Introduction 3.  Objective of the project 3.1   Brief History-Why came into existence 3.2   Problems with the current system 4.  Project category/Area of Application 5.  Project Analysis 5.1   DFD 5.2   ER-Diagram 5.3   The existing system(Manual) 5.4   The proposed system 6.  Complete Data Structure of the project 6.1   Modules to be implemented 6.2   Database Design 6.3   Inputs to the module and their validation 6.4   Process Logic 6.5   Output/Report to be generated 7.  Tools/Platform, S/W and H/W requirement 7.1   Software (Front end, Backend, OS) 7.2   Hardware 8.  Software principle to be used 9.  Scope of future application & Further Enhancement     Proposal should have not more than 30 pages.   Then after Approval of proposal you can submit Project Report.
