I've done some searching on the net about Grouply. This *might* be a
legitimate company. They raised 1.3 million dollars in their first
round of financing and are mentioned on several tech boards. They
plan to also offer this service to Google groups according to the tech
boards.

I usually do my research before jumping and I'm still not convinced,
but if anyone has definite proof they have used their email address in
some nefarious way, could you please let me know?
